Tassar Silk by Eri Silk Eco Printed hundred percent handwoven Silk fabric .
We have used ingredients like Marigold flowers , turmeric , rose petals to achieve the dye and the print.
We have used Tassar in the warp and Eri Silk in the weft to weave the base material in their natural colours .
The presence of Eri Silk gives the material Cotton silk kind of texture as Eri Silk does not possess sheen in it's natural state . Hence any fabric woven with Eri Silk yarns do not possess the typical shine associated with silk . It possess very subtle lustre .
The material is very soft and has a beautiful drape . It does have a tendency to crush . You can steam press it to get the original sheen and look .
As a garment , it is ideal for any dress , blouse , skirts , shirts etc .
