We Ship worldwide . We use EMS and REGISTERED POST for all our shipping internationally .

You can choose either Standard or Express depending upon the article that you have purchased . We suggest that you chose Express ( EMS ) for values over 200 USD . We suggest this due to the fact that it can be tracked from End to End . 

The delivery time period will be dependent on the courier service provider . In case of International shipping , it will also be subject to delays at the customs at both points .

International shipping will be charged separately.

Duties - For International buyers any duties that is to be paid at the receiver's country needs to be paid by the customer . Since we do not know the individual duty rates across different countries , we have not added that to our prices .

Please ensure that you have provided the accurate details about your addresses along with contact details and pin codes of your location . We will not be responsible for Non - delivery of articles due to incorrect information .

Returns & Cancellations For International Purchases 

We are unable to accept returns or exchange due to the following reasons. 

Firstly , we are based out of a relatively underdeveloped region of the country and the processing costs and time are much higher relative to the metro cities .

Additionally the complications of an inbound delivery are a little too much for us at the moment .

But in case that you feel that you must return , please contact us via our email or contact number mentioned on our site with your order details and reason for return. . 

We will do our best to resolve your issue and guide you on the return process. 

Also please understand that slight imperfections are inherent to the handloom process . They are all unique and distinct products. We also cross check each product thoroughly before we send them , so it is unlikely that you will receive a defective product . We stand behind our products. So , we may accept the returns under very exceptional conditions only. Thank you all .
