Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept any cancellations within 24 hours of purchase . We will initiate the refund within 1 working day for cancellations made within 24 hours . The return amount in your account will be deposited as per the policies of the payment gateways that you chose to pay us with .
Please note that it may take 3-4 working days for the amount to reflect in your statement depending upon the payment gateway provider policies.
Return & Refunds within India - We will accept returns if it satisfies the following conditions.
But before you decide to return, please understand that slight imperfections are inherent to the handloom process . They are all unique and distinct products. We also cross check each product thoroughly before we send them , so it is unlikely that you will receive a defective product . We stand behind our products. But in case you decide to return , we will gladly accept the returns if they meet the following conditions.
1 ) We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. And we need to have the merchandise reach us within 10 days from the return date for us to initiate refund.
2) Please note that we will initiate refund after receiving the merchandise or merchandises that has/ have been requested to be returned. We cannot refund without cross checking the articles in question as these are all unique handloom pieces and we cannot / will not accept back any damaged or worn articles.
3 )To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4 ) To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cost of Return Postage
Please note that the return postage cost needs to be borne by the customer . You can use any courier service of your choice or request us to get it collected.
In case we get it collected , we will deduct the courier charges from the value that needs to be refunded .
Please make sure that your chosen service will deliver the merchandise package to us within the stipulated time frame.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will tae immediate action on such issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send the item of your choice after adjusting the difference in value.
Refunds against returned goods .
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via direct bank transfer . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept Return or Exchange for Sales made to our international guests.
For International Purchases
We are unable to accept returns or exchange due to the following reasons.
Firstly , we are based out of a relatively underdeveloped region of the country and the processing costs and time are much higher relative to the metro cities .Additionally the complications of an inbound delivery are a little too much for us at the moment .
