Marvella a handloom unit born during Sept’19 based  in Sualkuchi, mostly  known this place is a  Manchester of East .It has been leveraging more than 60 years of family experience with handloom clusters of Sualkuchi-the Silk village of Assam.

Marvella working closely with the weavers in their state-of-the-art 20-30 looms along with 3/4 different weaving clusters to develop design ideas, woven concept and colour stories since its inception.

Marvella produces Natural silk fabrics ( Saree, Mekhela Chador,Stole,Scarve,Shwal,home furnishing,etc.) made of Muga,Eri and Mulberry Silk yarn. Muga and Eri Silk are indigenous silk of the State Assam and are an integral part of the Assamese culture.

Marvella Also Aims to collaborating weaving culture of the villagers with natural landscape and farm activities to give impetus of the development of Silk Tourism.
